Stopped playing competitive soccer in 1990 to focus on gaining UEFA A Licensed coaching certification

Achievements: 

- 8 football students under tuition given scholarships with 5 being 

signed for professional contracts 

- successfully managed Under 13’s-Under16’s for a period of 3 years 

during which they achieved winning the ‘Tyneside Invitational 

Tournament’, Engalnd 

- 3 players were called up for Youth International duty 

- successfully coached the Wimbledon FC ladies team
